Biography
Sergey Suchkov was born in the City of Astrakhan, Russia, in a family of dynasty medical doctors. In 1980, graduated from Astrakhan State Med University with MD. In 1985, maintained his PhD at I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy. In 2001, maintained his Doctor Degree at the National Inst of Immunology. From 1985 through 1987, worked as a Post Doc Research Associate, Inst of Med Enzymology, USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. From 1987 through 1989, was a Senior Res Associate, Koltzov Inst of Developmental Biology, USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1989 through 1995, was being a Head of the Lab of Clin Immunology and Immunobiotechnology, Helmholtz Eye Research Institute in Moscow. From 1995 through 2004, was being a Chairman of the Dept for Clin Immunology, Moscow Clinical Research Institute (MONIKI). In 1993-1996, was an Executice Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board, Biomedical Science, an international journal published jointly by the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK. At present, Dr Sergey Suchkov is: Chair, Dept for Translational Medicine, Moscow Engineering Physical Institute (MEPhI), and Director, Center for Personalized Medicine, Sechenov University, Russia An author of more than 500 publications including 10 patents and more than 10 monographs, handbooks and textbooks published in Russia and USA. Seyed Hamed Mahdaviani received his B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering-Petrochemical Industries from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Tehran, in September 2006 and his M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering-Thermodynamics & Kinetics from Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Tehran, Iran in April 2010. Title of his B.Sc. thesis was "Study of production process of ethylene oxide: Relevant technologies, catalyst and mathematical modeling of reactor" under supervision of (late) Prof. Morteza Sohrabi. His M.Sc. project was related to "Investigation of various modifiers and promoters in the structure of homogeneous catalyst of 1-butene for the activity enhancement and reduction of heavy and polymeric materials" under supervision of Dr. Matin Parvari and consultation of Dr. Davood Soudbar. He is now senior catalyst researcher of R&D division of Arak Petrochemical Company (ARPC) and has a great experience in industrial homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis, process optimization, chemical reaction engineering and Design of Experimental methods. He has many publications including 21 high quality peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals and international conferences, a book chapter (Springer, Dordrecht) , an Iran patent (commercialized) and several research and technical reports. Seyed Hamed Mahdaviani has received several honors and awards for his outstanding efforts in his research works. In December 2015, he was selected as the first person of superior industrialist and distinguished researcher in the Festival of Research & Technology of Oil Industry in Tehran, Iran. In addition, he could attain level of Researcher with a top score (7th rank in Chemical Engineering in Iran) in 3rd Festival of Appreciation from Iranian Researchers in February 2019, Babolsar, Iran. He has been invited to the several reputed international conferences to give a keynote speech. In regard to his contributions to reviewing papers, he has received certificate of reviewing from Elsevier in recognition of the review made for 'Applied Catalysis A: General' in March 2016. He is reviewer of journals of 'Recent Innovations in Chemical Engineering' published by Bentham Science, 'Modern Research in Catalysis' and 'Materials Science and Chemical Engineering' owned by Scientific Research Publishing (SCIRP). Moreover, he has reviewed 3 papers for 5th Global Conference on Polymer and Composite Materials (PCM 2018) held in Kitakyushu, Japan. In February 2018, he has joined 'Archives of Petroleum and Environmental Biotechnology' (Gavin Publishers) as a member of Editorial Board. He was member of Technical Program Committee (TPC) of 7th Global Conference on Materials Science and Engineering (CMSE 2018) scheduled in Xi’an, China during November 1st-4th, 2018. He had joined World Congress and Expo on Recycling 2018 as Organizing Committee Member (OCM) held during August 29-30, 2018 in Berlin, Germany (supported by Meetings Int. PTE Ltd (Singapore)). In addition, he was a member of organizing committee of European Congress on Advanced Chemistry held during July 12-13, 2018 in Paris, France (supported by EuroSciCon Ltd (UK)). He had been appointed as TPC member for 3rd International Conference on New Energy and Future Energy System (NEFES 2018) scheduled for August 21st - 24th, 2018 in Shanghai, China. He had been also invited to be TPC member of 3rd International Conference on Modeling, Simulation and Applied Mathematics (MSAM 2018) held during July 22-23, 2018 in Shanghai, China (sponsored by Advanced Science and Industry Research Center (ASIRC) and ATLANTIS PRESS). He had joined World Congress on Biopolymers and Bioplastics 2018 as OCM (by Meetings Int. PTE Ltd) scheduled for August 29-30, 2018 in Berlin, Germany. He has selected as a member of International Scientific Committee of the "4th International Symposium on New and Advanced Materials and Technologies for Energy, Environment, and Sustainable Development"; This symposium was held as part of 2018 Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit (SIPS 2018) during 4-7 November 2018 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (supported by FLOGEN Star OUTREACH (USA/Canada)). Seven Nobel Laureates and 2016 American Chemical Society (ACS) President were as distinguished guests invited to the symposium. He has joined International Conference on Chemical Engineering and Catalysis as OCM which will be held in Las Vegas, USA, during November 12-14, 2019.

Biography
Victor Borovkov works as a full professor of chemistry at South-Central University for Nationalities (China) and a senior research scientist at Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia). He is a member of the editorial boards of several scientific journals, an author of 127 publications including research papers, reviews, and books with the h-index of 27 (WOS and Scopus), 10 patents, and serving as an external peer-reviewer of various international journals and scientific foundations. He participated in different international and industrial collaboration projects and attended numerous international and national conferences as an invited and keynote speaker being a member of several advisory committees. His current research interests include supramolecular chemistry, nanoscience, chirality, sensor devices, chemistry of porphyrins and related macrocycles, functional materials, and asymmetric catalysis.
